Pvt Patrick D. Williams attended high school for four years. He was a member of the Blessed Sacrament Chapel and its Holy Name Society. He was one of four brothers in service.He enlisted on 22 March 1943 at Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania and embarked for overseas late in 1943, after which he participated in the North African, Sicilian and Italian campaigns.
