Sgt Leon Frank was a chauffeur and worked on the family farm.He enlisted in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on 23 March 1943 and was sent overseas in July 1944.
He was killed by small arms fire and was awarded the Silver Star Medal posthumously for his actions on that day.
