T/5 Rosaire M. Julian worked in the machine shop of the Snell Mfg. Co.

He enlisted in Springfield, Massachusetts on 2 April 1943.

For his actions on 8 January 1945, he was awarded with a Bronze Star.

During the crossing of the river Rhine, the boat with Capt – Chaplain Loren L. Stanton and several medics on board capsized.
