S/Sgt William A. Jordan enlisted in Cleveland, Ohio on 9 March 1944.He was a graduate of West Technical High School. He received training at Fort Benjamin Harrison, Indiana.
His brothers Robert, Jack and Sidney Jordan also were in military service during the war.
