Harry B. Quinn graduated from Cape Elizabeth High School. Entered the University of Maine in the class of 1944. Inducted into the army in Maine on 7 June 1943. He received his basic training at Camp Gordon, Georgia. He returned to the University of Maine under the Army Specialized Training Program, to January 1944. Transferred to Officer's Training School, Infantry, Fort Benning, Georgia, to May 1944. He was promoted to First Lieutenant, January 1945.He was first buried at Block B4, Row 3, Grave 57.
