Pfc Laverne W. Miller attended Red Lion High School and was a driver before he enlisted in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on 4 May 1943.His brother, T/3 Charles G. Miller, is remembered at the tablets of the Missing in the North Africa American Cemetery in Tunis, Tunisia.
