Sgt Frank S. Roseman was employed as a slater and roofer before he enlisted in Allentown, Pennsylvania on 14 October 1942. He was sent overseas in March 1944.He was killed by artillery shell fragments.
He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Andilly, France.
