T/5 Theodore E. De Vaudreuil attended high school for two years and was employed at the Stillwater Worsted Mills before he enlisted in Providence, Rhode Island on 1 January 1943.

He was killed by small arms fire in his face and heart.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Andilly, France.
