T/Sgt Thomas P. Drumheller was employed at the Spalding Baking Company before he enlisted in Charlottesville, Virginia on 27 August 1942.

He was killed by small arms fire to his stomach.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Grand-Failly, France.
