Pfc Frank P. Venditti attended high school for four years and was a clerk before he joined the National Guard in Springfield, Massachusetts on 16 January 1941.

He was killed by artillery shell fragments in his chest.

He was first buried at the Temporary American Military Cemetery in Andilly, France.
