Pfc John M. Zuck graduated from Washington High School (New Jersey) and attended Dartmouth College in the class of 1946.

He enlisted in Newark, New Jersey on 30 July 1943. He was selected for the Army Specialized Training Program (A.S.T.P.) and studied at the University of Maine. He was sent overseas in July, 1944.

He is remembered at the Washington Cemetery in Washington, Warren County, New Jersey.
