Pvt Hubert H. Ferguson was a representative for the Gase Baking Company before he enlisted on 3 January 1944.

He was severely wounded in action on 26 November 1944 by small arms fire in the spine, trunk and intestine. On 3 December 1944 he died of his wounds. The exact location where he died is not known.
