Pfc Frank Moses attended high school for two years and was a production worker employed by the Weirton Steel Co.He enlisted in Columbia, Ohio on 6 December 1943.
In November 1944 he was wounded by artillery shell fragments to his thigh.
He was killed by artillery shell fragments to his abdomen and pelvis.
