Pfc Albert L. Riddett attended Benjamin Franklin Junior High School and Yonkers High School.

He was employed at the Alexander Smith & Sons Carpet Co.

He enlisted in New York City, New York on 17 September 1943.

After his training at Camp Croft, South Carolina and Fort Meade, Maryland, he was sent to Italy in March 1944.

He was killed by artillery shell fragments.
