S/Sgt Edward Hudolin attended high school for four years and was a mechanic, employed by the White Motor Company, before he enlisted in Cleveland, Ohio on 26 October 1943.

In November 1944, he was wounded in action in France by artillery shell fragments in his arm. He was hospitalized until December.

He was killed by artillery shell fragments in his head.
